Event Cancellation Policy

SWFL Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduled events will be communicated in advance with all event attendees. 


Ongoing Programs


Tickets for our ongoing programs are non-refundable.

Event registrations may transfer their ticket to another individual up to 72-hours before the scheduled event date. No month-to-month transfer of tickets are permitted.

Contact Erin at events@swflinc.com for ongoing program questions or ticket transfers. All ticket transfers must be communicated in writing beforehand.

Ongoing programs include the following events:

  • Business After Hours
  • Get Connected
  • Power Hour
  • Digital Marketing Courses
  • President's Club

Signature Events


Due to the size and scale of our Signature Events, all purchased tickets are non-refundable.

Event registrations may transfer their ticket to another individual up to 72-hours before the scheduled event date.
