SWFL Inc. is a regional chamber of commerce serving businesses in Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties. We connect businesses to a regional network of customers, offer educational resources to help them grow in a modern economy, and actively work to solve regional issues that impact the business community.

Our Story

We have been serving small businesses since 1953.

Small business is big business in this region – it represents more than 91% of businesses in Southwest Florida. We provide the resources, such as connections and education, that organizations need to thrive. Better yet, we offer many of our benefits for free, making us more inclusive and accessible than ever before for businesses at all stages of growth.

National Accreditation

SWFL Inc. (pronounced “Southwest Florida Inc.”) is the region’s only Five-Star Accredited Chamber, a designation it has earned from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce four consecutive times. This accreditation ranks SWFL Inc. among the top 1% of Chambers nationwide. Accreditation validates a Chamber as positively influencing action in its community, and offering first-rate business services and programs that benefit the local economy.

Meet The Team

Tiffany Esposito

President & CEO

Tiffany Esposito, MBA, CCE, IOM, APR and President & CEO of SWFL Inc. promises she is done earning letter designations to add after her name. A 12-year veteran of the Chamber industry, SWFL native and strong believer in Taco Tuesdays, Tiffany actively participates in national and regional conversations to improve the quality of life for businesses and their teams.

Dawn Brewer

Operations Manager

Dawn Brewer is our Operations Manager. She loves Sour Patch Kids, which is ironic because she’s the sweetest person we know. This Leadership SWFL alumna and Naples native is the first to roll up her sleeves when something needs fixing, including jump-starting cars in our parking lot.

Charles Stanisce

Technology & Content Manager

Charles Stanisce is our Technology & Content Manager, and the architect of the SWFL Inc. membership model. Charles retired from the hockey biz to be our tech whiz, and is the proud dog dad to the French Bulldog Reese’s, often seen in our building on Fridays.

Nina Barbero

Marketing & Communication Manager

Nina Barbero, APR, is our Marketing & Communication Manager. When Nina isn’t writing or checking for grammatical errors, she is creating puns for the entire team to enjoy. Nina is always the first person to make you laugh and the last person to finish her lunch.

Sara Freck

Events & Marketing Coordinator

Sara Freck is our Events and Marketing Coordinator. After graduating from Bradley University in Peoria, IL, she got tired of the cold snowy winters and moved down to sunny Florida where she was an Event Concierge at the JW Marriott Marco Island for 2 ½ years. Her favorite past times are trivia nights at the local breweries and petting as many dogs as possible! 

Hannah Phillips

Events & Marketing Manager

Hannah Phillips is our Events and Marketing Manager. Determined to live on the coast of Florida, she trekked down from North Carolina in 2021. Hannah has previously worked as the Event Manager at the Durham Convention Center, and she can turn any conversation into a conversation about Disney.

Josh Goergen

Government Relations Manager

Josh Goergen is our Government Relations Manager, who has previously worked as a legislative assistant for State Senator Lizbeth Benacquisto and then for State Senator Ray Rodrigues. If he is not working or studying for his MBA program, he is probably out fishing – sometimes immediately after work off the side of US-41, we try not to ask too much about it. Josh is a 5th generation Floridian and spends much of his time enjoying natural Florida.
