Meet The Speakers

Cory O'Donnell

Cory O'Donnell serves as Digital Marketing Manager for Advanced Outdoor Solutions, an outdoor hospitality firm based in Matlacha, Florida. He is an award-winning digital leader, podcaster, writer, editor, and engagement expert with a passion for social media, video, and building community. Cory believes that every company has a compelling story to tell, and he works with clients to craft strong and targeted marketing for their products and services. He also assists his company's web development team to create a strong brand design and messaging for our client websites. He loves working with customers, finding solutions to their issues, and enhancing their experiences. Cory holds degrees in Broadcasting and Film with a minor in Theatre from the University of Central Missouri. Cory lives with his wife Kirsten in Cape Coral, with whom he hosts the Florida Freakshow Podcast, sharing and commenting on the funny side of weird Florida stories.

Jim Rafter

Jim Rafter serves as Vice President of Sales and Customer Relations for Webfitters. He has enjoyed a 30 year career as a Business Technology Consultant, helping businesses leverage technology to streamline operations, attract new customers and to develop stronger bonds with existing customers. The majority of Jim's career was spent helping some of the largest companies in North America with how to use technology to improve their bottom line. Several years ago, Jim decided to use his skillset to help the small and medium sized businesses. "Small and Medium size businesses are struggling today to figure out how to cost effectively increase sales, reduce expenses, and to attract and retain customers and employees in the digital world, and they need help. At Webfitters, we are very good at helping our clients identify their true needs, setting goals, creating a plan and executing the plan to help them succeed."
