Bonita Boarding Kennel Supports Local Animal Shelters

Pet Food Drive Kicks Off August 1st

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (July 27, 2020) – As the impacts of coronavirus continue to unfold, animal shelters around the state are also seeing the effects. In order to help support local animal shelters with overpopulation and food shortages, Bonita Boarding Kennel & Pet Camp is running a food drive for the whole month of August.

“Because of the coronavirus epidemic, the shelters are now overcrowded with surrendered and lost pets,” says the owner of Bonita Boarding Kennel & Pet Camp, Debi Braendle. “The shelters need our support and any food we can provide to help them in this crisis.”

If you are interested in supporting the food drive, donations can be dropped off starting August 1st between 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to the Bonita Boarding Kennel & Pet Camp at 9240 Brookwood Ct, Bonita Springs. Wet and dry dog or cat food can be donated. Toys, beds, and other pet necessities will also be accepted.
